Biography
David is President of SolutionsX, LLC and a highly talented business management individual with over 25 years of accounting, engineering, operations management, materials management, and inventory control experience. David is a business process expert capable of evaluating an organization’s current processes, developing more efficient and effective processes, and implementing the changes required.
Prior to working with SolutionsX, David served in a materials management role for five years having responsibility of all aspects of manufacturing and distribution in an engineer-to-order and build-to-order organization. David’s responsibilities started at the planning process (for both labor and materials) and followed through the life cycle to final installation of the manufactured products. During the most recent 15 years of David’s career, he has implemented 3 different ERP packages in multiple environments.
David manages all aspects of the business from sales and marketing to consulting, development and support. His unique background having led our consulting services team for many years is a true asset for our customers as he has been there and done that himself and understands the complexities of ERP and how manufacturers rely on their ERP partner to enable them to compete and win in their respective markets.
David leverages his knowledge and first-hand experience with ERP implementations to ensure the success of every project his team engages. David has an in-depth knowledge of Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) ERP and numerous others and has continually made improvements to the deployment methodology leveraged for each project.
David holds a Bachelors of Business Administration from Mt. Vernon Nazarene University. David has created value for each company he has engaged with creative solutions for operational challenges as well as challenges stemming from change management. David believes in not only identifying opportunities for improvement but also in developing and implementing a plan for exploiting those opportunities to achieve financially measurable successes.

Biography
Brian is the SVP of Operations for SolutionsX, LLC and an experienced manufacturing professional. He brings over two decades of experience in the manufacturing sector. During this period, he has held a variety of positions (staff, managerial and executive) in the areas of engineering, operations, materials management, production and inventory control. This broad range of experience provides the background needed for providing guidance to client companies that wish to become more efficient through system utilization and process change.
Brian leads our consulting services team working alongside them to ensure the success of our customer projects. He prides himself on his ability to see “the big picture”, having a unique understanding of how all departments in an organization interact with (and affect) each other. Brian works with our consultants and customers in all industries, including discrete manufacturing, processing, and engineer-to-order manufacturing. Brian has worked with Infor products for more than a decade prior to moving into the consulting world, as both a user and administrator.
Brian holds a Bachelors of Mechanical Engineering from The University of Akron, and also a Masters in Business Administration from Kent State University. This combination of technical and financial education, along with practical experience, creates the perfect combined skillset for leading clients through their implementation projects.

I wanted to thank you, on behalf of the DCI Team for going out of our way to find us a fellow CloudSuite Industrial/SyteLine SolutionsX customer, SOR Controls Group. It’s been really helpful to be able to speak with others going through the same ERP implementation experiences as us and understanding that what we are experiencing is “normal” so to speak. The demo was wonderful. Not only did he solve a problem but provided enough technical detail based on the level of the audience while avoiding going into the weeds and over their heads.
David did a great job picking up the queues that these guys are very technical and they loved what he had to say.
David adapted on the spot. Whether he knew it or not, the potential clients are currently on Navision, suggesting that they have been in the weeds modifying the hell out of everything.
They are now learning how that makes it difficult for them to move forward, but also recognize that they will not be able to leave some of the other systems they have in place.
I want to mention again how pleased we are with the work that SolutionsX has done for us. The team has been innovative and has delivered solutions that often go beyond what we thought to ask for.
We have had a lot of challenges with our implementation but they have been overcome thanks to the efforts of your team. Kudos to all.
