- Detailed overview of CSI, introducing key functional areas including CRM, Estimating & Order Entry, After-Sales Service Management, and how CSI’s Advanced Planning & Scheduling (APS) coordinates and synchronizes material and capacity planning.
- Introduction to Infor edge products for CSI, including Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ), Factory Track® (MES / Shop Floor reporting), Infor Analytics (powered by Birst®), Infor Capture (OCR process for A/P), and CSI Service Mobile capabilities.
