Pat is a Senior Consultant and Managing Partner for SolutionsX specializing in Supply Chain Management, Business Process Optimization, and SyteLine Applications Consulting. Pat has over 12 years operations management, warehouse management, and inventory control experience. With SolutionsX, Pat has served in many consulting roles helping multiple corporations in Supply Chain Management, Business Process Optimization, and ERP Application initiatives. Pat has re-engineered and documented several companies’ business processes through lean and operational excellence methodologies. Throughout his profession, Pat has held management and executive positions in all operations and supply chain areas within the discrete manufacturing and logistics industries. He has strong initiative, leadership skills, and information technology understanding and is a proven expert in implementing technology to optimize operations.

Pat has an in-depth knowledge of ERP Software; specializing in SyteLine and SysPro. Pat has successfully led ERP implementations and integration projects and manages several client accounts in support of applications and re-engineering efforts. Pat holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Cincinnati, an MBA from Xavier University, and a long list of professional and technical courses and certifications. Pat has created value for each company he has engaged with through creative solutions for operational challenges. Pat believes in not only identifying opportunities but developing and implementing a plan for exploiting those opportunities to achieve financially measurable success.
